You Booked your cleaning now what?
Once you booked your cleaning you will received an email and a text message confirming your booking. In rare cases the provider is not available our team member will reach out to you to find a mutually convenient time for us to arrive. We strive to create a culture of empowerment and give our providers one hour leahway to accommodate for life. What does that mean for you if you have a booking for 8 am your provider will show up with in an hour of that time. You can feel free to stay at home or leave. We are comfortable with both. Once your provider is finish cleaning your home please take a walk through to make sure everything looks amazing. If something was missed please point it out to your provider so they have an opportunity to fix it. We want you to be thrilled with your clean so we don’t mind fixing things if we happened to miss something.
Preparing for your service
Our providers arrive with everything they need to make your home sparkling clean. We ask that you pull out your vacuum for them to use in your home, if you do not have a vacuum do not worry they will use their own.
- Please ensure there is running water, electric & air conditioning within the home.
- Please secure all pets, we love them but they don’t always love us!
- Please remove all clutter; infant structures, toys, dishes, laundry, & excess trash from within the home.
- Please identify & inform your housekeeper of any broken or damaged items prior to the start of her visit.
- Please allow your housekeeper to tour the home & assess the condition upon her arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee a full clean of any areas not prepared for cleaning & may result in an additional fee.
- Please move any heavy objects or furniture that you would like us to clean around or under.
- Please leave out any labeled specialty products you would prefer us to use; granite, shower glass, floors.
- Please allow up to 1 hour of your appointment time for your housekeeper to arrive.
- Please put away items of importance so that they cant get lost of misplaced during the cleaning.

- We do not clean areas that have mold
- We do clean anything on the exterior/outdoor
- We do not clean unfinished spaces
- We do not clean areas that don’t have properly working plumbing
