Do I need to be home when the provider arrives?

It is completely upto you. You can leave a key or key pad information for your provider. Please secure your pets, we love them but they don’t always love us. We would prefer if you were home at the end of the cleaning so you can do a walkthrough and make sure everything looks amazing. We want you to love your clean.

Do I need to provide my own supplies?
Our providers will arrive with everything they need to clean your home. We do ask that you pull out your own vacuum. We prefer to use your vacuum, If you do not have a vacuum do not worry. We can use ours.
What is included in a regular flat rate clean?
Kitchen

Counters

Spot clean cabinets, clean sink out, counter tops, top of the appliances. Inside microwave Floors

Bedrooms,

Dusting, vacuum mop floors

All exterior surfaces in all rooms

Bedroom shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed, we will change the sheets if you leave them out and add it to the notes.

Bathrooms wipe down suffices, toilet clean, shower/bath clean, handles, tub, drain)

Do I have to tips my providers?
Tips are not required, but greatly appreciated. You can add the tip before of after your services has been completed.
How do I create a referral?
If you love our services please refer your family and friends. You can log into your dashboard and click refer link. Once your friend books their service you will get $25 and they will get $10. Refer 8 people and your cleaning is free.
Reschedule or Cancel My service

We know life happens and sometimes plans change. You can log into your dashboard or email us at crew@crmaids.com

if you need to cancel or change your booking as long as we get 48 hour notice its free. If you give us less than 48 hour notice an automatic $50 reschedule fee or a 25% cancelation fee will be applied. Any day of cancelations or lockouts will result in 100% deposit.

How do I pay for my service?
When we book your service we will take your credit card info. once inputed in our system we can only see the last 4 numbers of your card number. On the day of your cleaning you will be charged the full amount. If you add any extras you will see an additional change. You can leave a gratuity either during the time of your booking or after.
Discounts
We have two types of discounts. New customer discounts and frequency discounts. Discounts can not be combined. If you received a multi booking discount and canceled after the first service you will be charged a full amount.
What If I did not love my service
We want you to love your clean. If we missed something during our visit. Please contact us with in 24 hours with pictures (time stamped) and we will make things right.
Re-cleans
Your providers did an awesome job but my dog ran across the wet floor and now there is hair all over the place. Can they re-clean? Unfortunately once we’ve completed the area we can not go back.
